Attend our next homebuyer workshop on February 23, 2020. This year we set a goal of assisting 100 families in buying a home. This workshop allows us the pleasure of educating future homebuyers.  We know that education and preparation will make the process easier and less stressful. Low rates and great lenders, ready to lend money make this a great time to buy a home. Are you ready to start the process?  Do you need information on Down Payment Assistance? Are you a first time homebuyer? This Workshop is great for you first time homebuyers and anyone who hasn’t owned a home in the past 3 years.

In our workshop we will discuss preparation, getting pre-approved, types of loans and downpayment assistance. We will also provide budgeting and credit tips. Remember it is never too early to begin preparing. It is also important to know the do’s and don’ts of buying a home, so we will make sure you are informed. Did you know there is a program that you can buy a home for $1,000 down. (*restriction apply) We will discuss this and other loan programs.

Roadmap to Homeownership

By attending our workshop you will leave with helpful tips and the steps to becoming a homeowner. Through hands on activities and information we will get you on the right road to homeownership. Let this year be the year you become a homeowner!
